Dementia India Alliance (DIA) is a non-profit, family carer-centered organization. With a primary focus to provide help and hope to persons with dementia and their families, DIA stands at the forefront of the fight against dementia, aiming to improve the overall well-being of affected individuals through compassionate care and support.

DIA is dedicated to providing essential services which not only benefit those directly impacted by dementia but also provide much-needed relief and hope to their family caregivers.

DEMCARES: Dementia Care in SCARF

Dementia Care in SCARF (DEMCARES) is an initiative by the Schizophrenia Research Foundation which was started in January 2015 to extend clinical services, raise awareness, explore availability of resources, build capacity through training and intervention, and conduct research in dementia care and service provision. The project is funded by the Infosys Foundation.

As an autonomous body, the institute has its Memorandum of Association and Rules and Regulations duly approved under the Societies Act. Minister for Health, Govt. of NCT of Delhi is the President and Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT of Delhi is the Chairman of the Executive Council of the institute.
